They are currently seeking an independent and driven salesperson to join their team on a part-time basis.

This is a remote position that allows for flexibility and the convenience of working from home.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct commercial inside sales activities, including building relationships with commercial property owners, understanding their motivations to sell, and closing deals.
• Utilize various communication methods such as cold calling, texting, emailing, etc., to reach out to leads in the company’s database. The ability to generate your own leads may be required.
• Cultivate strong and ongoing relationships with property owners to ensure they reach out to the company when they are ready to sell.
• Have regular performance check-ins with the company founders to ensure progress towards goals and achievement of results.
• Maintain a consistent daily and weekly schedule aligned with EST time hours.

Job Type: Part-time Part-time hours: 20 per week Pay: R140.00 – R230.00 per hour
